Highest strength of any constructions adhesive, superior weather resistance, and easy to use, what's not to like? Don't confuse this with regular-grade or low-VOC "heavy-duty", which are half the strength of this or even weaker. Not available in stores in my area, so stock up while you can. God help you if you need something stronger than this, because you're in serious trouble. Try 3M FC4000 UV Marine Adhesive/Sealant.
Cold weather, damp lumber and the heaviest materials favor the solvent formula; occupied interiors favor latex.
Yes, sealed cartridges in the factory case; keep them upright and above 40 degrees F.
