When a tube comes back
Returns go through the store
Every return, exchange or refund is handled through the order page of the partner store where the order was placed, within that store's return window and conditions. Unopened cartridges and tubes in their original packaging are the usual condition; an opened cartridge is generally not returnable because the seal is broken.
Damaged, leaking or wrong item
Photograph the cartridge and the box, keep both, and request a replacement from the store's order page. Do not use a cartridge that arrived cut or leaking; the formula may have cured in the nozzle.
The adhesive did not hold
Before returning, check three things: the surfaces were clean and dry, the materials are on the tube's recommended list, and the bond was braced for 24 hours and given time to cure. Most failed bonds trace to one of those, and the fix is a new bead applied by the directions. If a formula is behaving wrong, write to [email protected] with the product code and the lot number printed on the cartridge; we want to know.
Refunds
Refund timing and method follow the partner store's policy and are visible on the order page there. We cannot issue, speed up or change a refund from this site.
