This works really well for quick grabbing and holding panels very snug. I had to remove a panel because of a silly mistake I made, and it took me quite a bit of work to get it off.

A few finish nails every few feet hold the piece while the adhesive sets; the adhesive does the holding afterward.
Will it bond PVC trim?
Yes, as long as the other surface is porous (wood or drywall).
